DESCRIPTION

Made from solid Beech wood, this 2-in-1 slotted spoon is perfect for retrieving ingredients from boiling water or stirring sauces. Ingeniously the spoon rests across the top of multiple sized bowls as an egg separator, allowing the egg whites to fall into the bowl and the yolk to be placed into a separate one.
