*Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday to achieve estimated delivery times, unfortunately these times cannot be guaranteed.

**Once your delivery tracking is active, you may have the option to deliver to a safe place, or to a preferred neighbour. If you miss your delivery, you will also receive information about redelivery. Grant & Budds cannot accept liability for delivery failure if you instruct the delivery company to deliver to a ‘safe place’ or preferred neighbour.

- We are not currently able to offer next day delivery options.

- At this time we are only able to accept and deliver orders within Great Britain.

- We endeavour to be as accurate as possible regarding stock levels. If your chosen products are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative product or immediate refund.
