Refund policy


Upon receiving your order;

- Please inspect the goods carefully in the manner as you would examine products in a physical store, we cannot accept returns of goods that have been used or mishandled.

- Please ensure you are happy with the goods before you remove any product labels or recycle/dispose of the packaging. Please take care with the opening and storage of the boxes from individually boxed products incase you wish to make a return.

- If you believe an item is faulty or damaged please contact us with your order number, description and photographs via email to merchants@grantandbudds.com before taking any further action.


RETURNS

If you wish to return any unwanted goods for any reason, you must first notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email us with the details; 

- Your name, order number and details of the goods you wish to return and any reasons you may have for returning them.

- Email - merchants@grantandbudds.com 

- Please do not return goods to us until we have acknowledged your notification. 

Once we have acknowledged your return notification;

- Carefully re-pack the unwanted goods.

- Clearly write your order number on the package (eg. O#1234).

- Return to: Grant and Budds, 24 Fairland Street, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0AW

Please note;

- When returning fragile goods such as glass and ceramics we advise padding and boxing the individually boxed product (double boxing).  
- Any custom made goods which have been personalised or modified to your specification cannot be returned.
- We are unable to reimburse the cost of returning unwanted goods, this cost is at your own expense.
- We advise that you obtain proof of sending the goods back to us in the form of a receipt and that you use a tracked or signed for service for re-assurance.
- We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in the process of being returned to us.

REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund you must;
1. Notify us you wish to send a return within 14 days of receiving the goods (starting the date the courier confirms the parcel was delivered). 
2. Return the goods to us within 14 days of your notification being acknowledged. 
3. Ensure the goods (and individual product boxes) are returned to us in an undamaged and re-saleable condition with any product labels still intact.
Please note;

- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and approve the refund too. If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at merchants@grantandbudds.com.

- The original delivery cost will only be refunded if all goods within the order are returned, if only part of the order is returned the delivery cost is not refunded.

- A refund of the original delivery cost is at the standard delivery rate. Any extra cost for an enhanced delivery service above standard will not be refunded (express delivery, for example).
