Hand Carved Olive Wood Round Condiment Spoon

- Hand wash only, do not soak, towel dry immediately.

- For items of regular use, apply food safe mineral oil at least once a month. Apply generously and wipe in with a lint free cloth, allowing any excess to soak in over night. The next day, simply buff with a clean cloth.

- For new wooden items we recommend up to two applications of food safe mineral oil before their first use.

- Do not store wooden items in full sunlight or where extreme changes in temperature may occur.

Each product is cut or carved from a solid piece of olive wood, mostly sourced from the pruned branches of trees which have become unproductive with age.

Olive trees grow slowly making the timber extremely hard and durable, with a little care and regular oiling, olive wood kitchenware can last for many years.
