With chunky rounded olive wood handles this set of three stainless steel cheese knives allow for dealing with an assortment of fromage. The broad pointed knife is designed for hard cheese, the round ended knife for soft or spreadable cheese and the pronged tip knife for soft to semi-hard cheese.

ABOUT OLIVE WOOD

Each product is cut or carved from a solid piece of olive wood, mostly sourced from the pruned branches of trees which have become unproductive with age.

Olive trees grow slowly making the timber extremely hard and durable, with a little care and regular oiling, olive wood kitchenware can last for many years.
